Longitudinal Rail Straightness: The total straightness deviation of the servo carriage travel rails must be $\le$ 1.0 mm over full length, with parallel elevation difference $\le$ 0.5 mm.
Fixed & Traveling Disc Coaxiality: Laser alignment between the centerlines of the fixed main faceplate and traveling disc must be within $\le$ 1.5 mm.
2. Pneumatics & Welding Electrode Plumbing
Air supply line must be $\ge$ 1-inch ID with regulated clean dry air pressure maintained at 0.5–0.7 MPa.
The resistance welding transformer requires a dedicated 380V/50Hz power feeder line with copper conductor cross-section $\ge$ 35 mm².
Ensure servo drive encoder lines use double-shielded twisted pairs grounded at one end to eliminate EMI interference caused by high-amperage welding pulses.
