1. Scope & Equipment Overview
This manual governs the civil foundation construction, mechanical alignment, and anchoring of HLY single-station and dual-station suspension roller concrete pipe machines (DN300 to DN2000 mm).
2. Soil Bearing & Civil Engineering Standards
Subgrade Bearing Capacity: The foundation ground design bearing capacity $f_{ak}$ must not be lower than 180 kPa. In soft fill soils, soil replacement with compacted graded gravel or cement-soil mixing piles is mandatory.Reinforced Concrete Slab Design: - Foundation thickness must be $\ge$
600 mm, poured with Grade C30 impermeability concrete;
- Reinforcement: Double-layer two-way HRB400 $\Phi$16@150 mm rebar mesh;
- A 300 mm wide, 400 mm deep vibration-isolation trench must decouple the machine slab from surrounding factory floor.
3. Rigging, Alignment & Leveling Verification
Base Frame Positioning: Hoist the main structural chassis onto leveling steel shims (max 3 shims per stack).Roller Shaft Horizontal Leveling: Place precision master spirit levels (0.02 mm/m sensitivity) along the machined roller shaft surface. Allowable tolerance: $\le$ 0.15 mm/m.Hydraulic Tailgate Concentricity: The coaxial alignment between the driven roller tip and the hinged hydraulic tailgate bearing saddle must not exceed 0.5 mm.4. Anchor Bolt Secondary Non-Shrink Grouting
Use high-strength non-shrink fluid cementitious grout (24-hour compressive strength $\ge$ 20 MPa, 28-day $\ge$ 60 MPa);After 48 hours of curing, cross-tighten all high-tensile anchor bolts with calibrated torque wrenches.5. Electrical Wiring & Grounding Safety Redlines
The main chassis and electrical inverter cabinet must be grounded to a dedicated earthing pit ($R \le$ 4.0 $\Omega$);The hydraulic tailgate must be wired with fail-safe dual limit switches. Main motor circuit is interlocked until tailgate mechanical locks engage.
