Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
Aerodynamic Tubular Truss Structure
Triangular lattice steel truss design minimizes wind resistance in outdoor open storage yards, providing stability in storm winds up to Class 11.
Variable Frequency Anti-Sway Control
VFD acceleration ramps eliminate load swinging when carrying newly stripped green concrete pipes, preventing pipe surface cracking.
Three-In-One Integrated Geared Drive
Compact motor, hardened gearbox, and electromagnetic disc brake are integrated into a single sealed unit with zero oil drip and low maintenance.
Hydraulic Rail Storm Clamps
Automatic rail gripping clamps lock onto crane tracks when wind speeds exceed safety limits or when powered down, preventing runaway.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Mold Rigging & Demolding Lift
Gantry crane with dedicated spreader beam lifts hot pipe mold from suspension roller machine or vibration station.
Shop Floor Turnover & Stripping
Crane hoists stripped concrete pipe into vertical position and places outer mold back onto the machine bed.
Steam Pit Loading
Crane transfers green pipes safely into steam curing chambers or mist curing bays without jarring.
Finished Pipe Stacking
Cured concrete pipes (up to 30 tons each) are stacked horizontally or vertically up to three tiers high in the stockyard.
Transport Truck Loading
Crane hoists finished pipes onto flatbed trucks or container chassis for project site dispatch.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
