JS Series Twin-Shaft Heavy Compulsory Concrete Mixer
High-Chromium Alloy Liners · Multi-Layer Floating Shaft Seals · 25–100 m³/h Output
Complete concrete mixing and batching solutions for concrete pipe plants and precast concrete production. JS series forced mixers (JS500, JS750, JS1000) paired with precision batching plants for consistent concrete quality in pipe and mold production.
Available in diesel and electric powered versions with manual to fully automatic PLC-controlled configurations. Essential supporting equipment for any concrete pipe making machine or precast concrete production line.
Dry-cast zero-slump concrete used in suspension roller and vertical vibration pipe machines imposes extreme mechanical friction on mixing equipment. Explore how HLY JS-series compulsory twin-shaft mixers achieve complete aggregate coating in 60 seconds while outlasting standard pan mixers.

Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
High-Chromium Alloy Wear Parts
Lining plates and mixing paddles are cast from high-chromium wear-resistant alloy with hardness exceeding 60 HRC, delivering over 70,000 continuous mixing cycles.
Quadruple Floating Shaft End Seal
Four-stage seal combining floating ring, oil seal, and continuous positive grease pressure barrier eliminates abrasive cement slurry ingress into main bearings.
Heavy Synchronized Planetary Reducer
Synchronized dual output gearboxes ensure smooth counter-rotational torque without shaft vibration under maximum dry-mix resistance.
Multi-Channel Pressurized Water Spray
Surrounding high-pressure spray headers disperse water uniformly across the entire mixing drum, ensuring rapid hydration and zero dead zones.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Aggregate & Sand Batching
PLD series computerized batching station weighs sand and coarse stone sequentially on digital load cells (accuracy ±1%).
Skip Hoist / Belt Elevation
Weighed aggregate is elevated into the mixer drum via heavy skip hoist bucket or incline belt conveyor.
Cement & Water Metering
Cement screw conveyor and pressurized water pump dose exact binder quantities into dedicated electronic scales.
Intense Compulsory Mixing
Dual counter-rotating spiral shafts toss material into a 3D convective vortex, achieving perfect homogeneity in 30 seconds.
Hydraulic Rapid Discharge
Hydraulic gate opens, discharging dry-hard concrete directly onto pipe machine feeder conveyor or transit hopper.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
