Dry-Hard Concrete Batching
Low-slump concrete (0–20mm) is mixed in compulsory twin-shaft mixer with precise water-cement ratio (0.32–0.38) for maximum compressive density.
Steel Cage Placement
Automated resistance-welded steel cage is loaded into the steel mold and locked onto the suspension roller shaft via high-tensile end rings.
Centrifugal Roller Compaction
Motor drives roller shaft to rotate mold at high speed while concrete conveyor feeds mix evenly. 300–450 kN radial force compacts concrete to high density in 3–5 minutes.
Immediate Crane Demolding
Due to zero-slump mix and extreme compaction, the mold and pipe can be stripped immediately on the shop floor without mold deformation.
Steam or Mist Curing
Stripped concrete pipe undergoes steam curing (4–6 hours at 70°C) or water spray curing to reach C30/C40 design strength rapidly.
