Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
Precision CNC Laser Cut Shuttering
All side panels and curved radiuses are cut with high-power industrial fiber laser, guaranteeing exact hydraulic flow slope angles.
Continuous Longitudinal Channel Ribs
Reinforced channel sections welded along the side and bottom prevent bulging during intensive vibration.
Integrated Cast Iron Grating Rebate
Tooling forms an exact recess on the top edges to seat standard stormwater ductile iron or composite trench grates.
Dual Demolding Compatibility
Engineered for both stationary wet-casting with overhead crane turnover and high-capacity dry-cast demolding machines.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Mold Cleaning & Oil Coating
Inner steel surfaces are sprayed with environmentally friendly demolding release oil.
Steel Mesh Placement
Prefabricated U-shaped reinforcement welded wire mesh is positioned inside the mold.
Concrete Pouring & Vibration
Concrete is discharged while attached electric vibrators ensure thorough compaction and void elimination.
Troweling & Grating Seat Forming
Top edges and grating shelves are troweled to exact millimeter levelness.
Curing & Demolding
After initial set, the mold is unlatched or rolled 180° onto the curing floor for immediate reuse.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
Primary Engineering Applications
