Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
Precision High-Frequency Core Vibrator
Equipped with variable frequency oil-bath internal vibrators delivering up to 350 kN dynamic force for complete concrete liquefaction and air bubble expulsion.
Heavy Q345B Steel Shuttering
Outer molds and inner cores are rolled from 16–25mm thick Q345B alloy plate with CNC longitudinal rib reinforcement, maintaining circular tolerance within ±0.5 mm.
Hydraulic Core Shrink & Pull Mechanism
Proprietary hydraulic collapsible inner core system reduces stripping friction to zero, preventing inner pipe wall tearing during high-speed vertical extraction.
Siemens Integrated Control Architecture
Automated digital recipes store vibration time, rotational speed, feeding speed, and hydraulic pressures for repeatable ASTM C76 standard compliance.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Mold & Rebar Cage Setup
Outer mold and steel cage are positioned vertically over the stationary rising core forming station.
Automated Concrete Feeding
Rotating concrete distributor feeds low-slump concrete into the annular cavity while core vibrator operates at tuned frequency.
Vibration Liquefaction & Densification
Intense core vibration densifies concrete instantaneously, forming a mirror-smooth inner bore and bubble-free structure.
Hydraulic Core Stripping
Hydraulic cylinders retract the core downward beneath the workshop floor while the pipe remains supported on its base pallet.
Instant Demolding to Curing Floor
Gantry crane transfers outer mold with green pipe to curing station, immediately strips outer mold, and returns mold to forming station.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
