Centrifugal roller compaction, smooth hydraulic bore, low energy consumption
Heliyuan supplies end-to-end production line engineering. Every machine is synchronized to balance cycle times, minimize labor, and achieve maximum plant throughput.
Structural Rebar FormingLongitudinal bars and continuous spiral wire are resistance-welded automatically with programmable pitch (50?50mm), ensuring rigid cage geometry for heavy loads.
Dry-Cast Mix PreparationTwin-shaft planetary mixing system delivers precise water-cement ratio (0.30?.34) zero-slump concrete for instant structural compaction without mold sagging.
Intense Dynamic CompactionHeavy roller suspension or high-frequency core vibration applies intense radial centrifugal compaction, fully consolidating concrete and squeezing out air voids.
Precision Joint AlignmentAnnealed Q345B steel formwork ensures bell & spigot joint circularity within ±1.5mm. Vertical dry-cast systems allow immediate core extraction in 3? minutes.
Standard Quality VerificationFinished concrete pipes undergo standard three-edge bearing tests (0.01-inch crack load) and 0.1 MPa hydrostatic water pressure testing to confirm high impermeability.
Receive complete plant CAD foundation drawings, electrical load schedules, raw material batching calculations, and turnkey machinery proposals tailored to your property size.
Engineered for severe continuous duty in precast concrete manufacturing plants. Every machine is manufactured directly in our Qingzhou facility using heavy-gauge structural steel and internationally supported electrical switchgear.
The proven global standard for producing small-to-medium stormwater culverts and highway drainage pipes (DN200–DN2000). Centrifugal rolling compaction forces out excess water and entrapped air, producing a mirror-smooth inner hydraulic surface with low Manning roughness coefficient.
Fabricated from high-tensile Q345B alloy steel plates and heat-treated in a 600°C electric furnace to eliminate residual welding stresses. Heavy CNC-lathed joint end rings ensure tight rubber gasket fitment and prevent groundwater infiltration.
Engineered for high-volume manufacturing of municipal stormwater mains, deep sewer pipelines, and trenchless jacking pipes (DN600–DN3000). High-frequency internal core vibration achieves complete consolidation with immediate hydraulic core extraction, allowing 1 mold to yield 60+ pipes per 8-hour shift.
Replaces manual rebar tying and welding. The automated spiral cage former pulls and resistance-welds longitudinal steel bars with continuous spiral rebar at CNC-controlled variable pitches, strictly adhering to ASTM C76 structural reinforcement schedules.
