Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
45# Forged Running Rings
Running rings are forged from solid high-carbon 45# steel ingots and CNC turned to exact radial dimensions, guaranteeing smooth rotation and zero hop on roller shafts.
600°C Stress-Relief Heat Treatment
Complete welded molds enter a 600°C electric annealing furnace to eliminate all internal welding stresses, guaranteeing zero ovality warping after years of service.
CNC Vertical Lathe Machining
Bell and spigot end rings are precision bored on 5-meter vertical CNC lathes to ensure absolute concentricity and precise O-ring rubber gasket groove geometry.
Reinforced Longitudinal Stiffeners
Molds feature multiple longitudinal channel steel ribs welded continuously along the outer perimeter, providing massive bending stiffness under heavy centrifugal loading.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
CNC Plate Rolling & Welding
High-strength Q345B steel plates are CNC edge-beveled, rolled into perfect cylinders, and welded with submerged arc technology.
Forged Ring Attachment
45# forged running rings and end collars are welded onto the shell cylinder using specialized heavy welding positioners.
Annealing Furnace Stress Relief
Molds undergo 12-hour controlled thermal annealing cycle to eliminate microscopic grain stresses.
Precision CNC Lathe Turning
Molds are mounted on heavy vertical lathes where running surfaces and joint profiles are turned to sub-millimeter tolerances.
Quality Inspection & Trial Assembly
Laser circularity check, ultrasonic weld inspection, dynamic balancing, and trial casting verification before export packing.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
Primary Engineering Applications
