Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
Forged 42CrMo Roller Shaft
Solid forged high-tensile alloy steel roller shaft undergoes precision CNC vertical lathe boring and high-frequency quenching to achieve surface hardness of HRC 52–58.
Dynamic Balancing Calibration
Every roller shaft assembly is dynamically balanced on a high-precision digital balancer to ensure dynamic eccentricity < 15g, eliminating vibration and noise during high-speed rolling.
Hardened Cylindrical Gear Reducer
Equipped with ZSY / ZQ heavy industrial hardened gear transmission reducer with carburized teeth, providing extreme torque stability under maximum concrete compaction loads.
100% Pre-Shipment Trial Run
Every host unit runs continuous 48-hour testing in our factory before export packing, ensuring zero oil leakage, zero abnormal vibration, and perfect electronic alignment.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Dry-Hard Concrete Batching
Low-slump concrete (0–20mm) is mixed in compulsory twin-shaft mixer with precise water-cement ratio (0.32–0.38) for maximum compressive density.
Steel Cage Placement
Automated resistance-welded steel cage is loaded into the steel mold and locked onto the suspension roller shaft via high-tensile end rings.
Centrifugal Roller Compaction
Motor drives roller shaft to rotate mold at high speed while concrete conveyor feeds mix evenly. 300–450 kN radial force compacts concrete to high density in 3–5 minutes.
Immediate Crane Demolding
Due to zero-slump mix and extreme compaction, the mold and pipe can be stripped immediately on the shop floor without mold deformation.
Steam or Mist Curing
Stripped concrete pipe undergoes steam curing (4–6 hours at 70°C) or water spray curing to reach C30/C40 design strength rapidly.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
