Metallurgy, CNC Machining & Quality Infrastructure
Engineered to withstand millions of severe dynamic compaction cycles without structural fatigue or dimensional deviation.
Integrated Hydraulic Invert Benching
Base mold incorporates CNC-formed channel invert benching that casts a self-scouring hydraulic flow invert directly in the first pour.
Precision Rubber Gasket Rebate
Top and bottom joint rings are turned on precision vertical lathes, ensuring tight compression against elastomeric O-rings.
Magnetic / Bolted Pipe Hole Blockouts
Interchangeable knock-out plugs allow flexible placement of pipe entry holes at any angle (0° to 270°) to match survey drawings.
Quick-Collapse Mechanical Core
Inner core features an eccentric center cam that pulls all wall segments inward simultaneously, preventing stripping adhesion.
Complete Production Line Workflow & Curing Cycle
From aggregate batching to final hydraulic testing, our turnkey engineering ensures high output with minimized labor headcount.
Mold Setup & Hole Core Placement
Knock-out plugs matching the project pipe diameters are positioned on the base mold at specified invert levels.
Circular Rebar Skeleton Insertion
Pre-welded cage is placed over the collapsible inner core, maintaining precise 30mm concrete cover.
SCC Concrete Casting
Self-compacting or vibration-densified concrete is poured to form base slab and chamber walls monolithically.
Core Collapse & Crane Lift
Cam mechanism is turned to shrink the core; gantry crane lifts out the inner core cleanly.
Outer Shuttering Unlatch
Outer split cylinder is unbolted and hinged open, revealing a perfect monolithic waterproof manhole unit.
Standard Turnkey Production Line Scope of Supply
We deliver fully integrated plant packages including mechanical host, electrical VFD console, hydraulic station, and civil foundation blueprints.
Primary Engineering Applications
